No matter how many creative date nights we go on, there will never be a more popular date night then ‘movie night.’ There is just something unimaginably comforting about curling up on the couch with your hubby, your favorite snacks, and a good movie.
But sometimes, whenever you are watching a movie you come across a scene that makes you blush a little and you have to skip ahead. I’m here to make sure that this doesn’t happen to you again with this huge list of clean movies!
There are currently 30+ movies on the list but I’ll be updating it regularly so be sure to pin this list for future reference. If you see a movie that you like, click the picture to learn about it.

Medea’s Family Reunion
Night at the Museum
Rated: PG. What happens whenever the museum closes?
Mom’s Night Out
Rated: PG. One of the funniest movies I’ve ever seen. The moms go out and everything goes wrong.
Rated: PG. I know that this is a Christmas movie, but it’s great any time of the year.
Rated: PG-13. Whether you watch the older ones or the new one, you’ll be laughing.
The Emperor’s New Groove
Rated: G. Whenever the Emperor gets turned into the llama, he’s going to need a lot of help to get back on top.
Rated: PG. A good old-fashioned feel good movie.
Rated: PG. The world’s greatest villain and his evil minions meet three adorable orphans.
Bring Up Baby
Rated: PG-13. Brian said that this is a good adventure movie. I say it’s too scary. I’ll leave it up to you to decide for yourself.
Rated: PG. A wrongfully accused boy is sent to a prison camp in the wilderness, but why are they digging holes?
Rated: PG to PG-13. If you have lots of time on your hands then this is the movie series for you.
Rated: PG. Based on C.S. Lewis’ books, there is so much good about this movie.
Rated: PG-13. If your husband is a fan of the Marvel universe then you’ll love this movie.
Rated: PG-13. Another great movie from the Marvel Universe.
Rated: PG-13. An amusement park with dinosaurs. I’m sure you’ve heard of this one before.
Rated: PG. This movie as well as it’s sequel are so much fun to watch.
Remember the Titans
Rated: PG. This is more drama than adventure. Make sure to have the tissues nearby.
Rated: PG-13. There are a few iffy scenes in this one, but it’s a wonderful story.
Time Traveller’s Wife
Rated: PG-13. I haven’t seen this yet, but I’m told that it deserves a place on this list.
50 First Dates
Rated: PG-13. What do you do whenever your girlfriend has short-term memory loss and you have to start over every day?
Beauty and the Beast
Rated: G. I know it’s a kid’s movie, but it’s so romantic that it deserves a place on the list.
The Princess Bride
Rated: PG. This movie is romantic, funny, and adventurous!
Rated: PG. This movie will help you belive in the power of prayer.
Rated: PG. I think all couples should watch this together. It’s powerful.
Gone With the Wind
Not Rated. At nearly 4 hours long, it might be hard to convince your husband to watch this one, but it’s a wonderful story.
Love Comes Softly
Not Rated. A touching story about finding love in unexpected ways.
Rated: PG-13. This Cinderella story is unlike any other and brings ‘Cinderella’ to life.
Rated: PG-13. I haven’t seen this one either, but it looks wonderfully funny.
Sweet Home Alabama
Rated: PG-13. Before this New Yorker can get remarried she must deal with her ex-husband in Alabama.
My Big Fat Greek Wedding
Rated: PG. My family isn’t Greek, but I still feel like I can relate to Toula just a little bit. This one is so funny!
